Banwy Mill Lodge Park is owned and managed by Philip and Anna Pryce.
Philip and Anna purchased Banwy Mill in 2017.
At that time it was a derelict caravan park on the river front. We applied for planning to halve the number of holiday homes and relocate them to higher ground, bringing a top class lodge park to the area.
Lots of hard work later, in the summer of 2022, Banwy Mill Lodge Park was ready to welcome new holiday home owners to beautiful mid-Wales
Today Philip and Anna operate both Banwy Mill and Dolgead Hall alongside their trusty members of staff.
They continue to maintain the personal and highly professional service which has become the hallmark of their business.
This attention to details has won the park numerous awards including the prestigious five star rating from the Welsh Tourist Board.

A perfect, peaceful & beautiful site with idyllic views.
The owners, Philip and Anna along with their children, go all out to make this place a haven to stay. It’s our own little piece of heaven tucked away in the Welsh countryside. Totally dog and children friendly and extremely safe for all.

This is an amazing park. We chose it above others in the area. We first bought a caravan and now have a lodge. Philip and Anna keep the park pristine. They are caring owners. The park is safe and secure. Great for children, things to do indoors and outdoors. Lots of walks, wonderful views. This is a peaceful place. If you’re looking for a holiday home I would recommend Dolgead Hall.
